Security & access

Where applicable, application access is checked against tenant, role and enabled-module permissions. Authenticated browser sessions use HttpOnly cookies, and state-changing requests use session-bound CSRF validation.

Password protection

Passwords are never stored as plaintext. Each password has its own salt and is hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 using 100,000 iterations, then verified on the server. Hashing is not reversible encryption.

Encryption

Transport is protected with TLS. Cloudflare D1 and R2 provide AES-256 encryption for data at rest.

European file storage

Project and messenger files are stored in R2 buckets configured for EU jurisdiction. This applies to those file objects only and is not a claim that D1 data has EU residency.

Cloudflare infrastructure

Across the product family, Cloudflare Pages and Workers serve applications while D1, R2, KV and Durable Objects provide data, file, session and coordination capabilities.

Data lifecycle

Archive and deletion behaviour follows the relevant resource and product policy. Users can request an account-data export or deletion by contacting us; no single retention period is claimed for every data type.
